• Sent to: Notifications are dispatched to the relevant agency based on the request's location.
• Follow Up: Stay updated via email and app notifications as your request progresses towards resolution.
• Nearby: Explore LUKE requests in your vicinity.
• Follow Along: Track other significant requests. Following a request demonstrates its importance to the community and the responsible agency.
• Requests outside participating areas: For queries outside LUKE's coverage, our staff forwards them intact to the appropriate agency.
